We recommend that you have an annual boiler service to ensure that in the colder months, when you need your heating on, everything is working as it should be. Indeed, if your boiler is new and still under warranty, you’ll need to ensure that it is serviced every year to maintain the warranty.

Your fixed-price Boiler Inspection package includes:

  • System Controls

  • Diagnostic and safety checks

  • Check of radiators, including valves

The cost of any repair or parts needed for faults found during the service are not included. Any variation in requirements will be quoted for in advance of work being completed, and a full refund will be offered if you no longer wish to proceed. If you do, we’ll invoice you for any remaining work to be paid for in addition to this fixed-price service. Please see our terms and conditions and refund policy.

Is there a call-out charge for emergencies?

Is there a call out charge? You will be charged £114 for the first hour our engineer is at your property.

After this initial hour, any additional time will be calculated in 15 minutes increments.

Refunds and returns

Please note we only offer a 30 day refund and returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any installed products back to SES Home Services or the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any installed component not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

When the repair or installation is inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@seshomeservices.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace supplied components if they are defective or damaged. If you believe that there are quality defects with the repair or installation that we carried out, please call us on 02087 227 072 to discuss with our team and we will send an engineer to inspect the issue.

Authorise someone else to manage my account on my behalf

We understand that sometimes you might want support managing your account and if you would like to nominate a dedicated family member or advocate then please call 02087 227 072 and a member of our friendly membership team will be happy to help arrange this for you.
